Cementos Portland Valderrivas to distribute dividend of 3.16 euro per share

The Board of Directors of Cementos Portland Valderrivas has resolved to propose that the Shareholders' Meeting, to be held in Pamplona on 13 June, approve a supplementary dividend of 2.08 euro per share, which, added to the interim dividend of 1.08 euro distributed in December, will make a total dividend of 3.16 euro per share.

That dividend represents a 50% payout.
