Aqualia Customer Service Centre

Aqualia, the subsidiary of the FCC Group that specialises in water management, has implemented a virtual customer service centre which will be accessible to its more than nine million clients all over Spain in the near future.

The "Aqualia contact" service, with extensive operating hours, saves customers time and unnecessary trips, simply by dialling the 902 numbers for service problems, metre readings or customer care. There is a different line for each one of the geographical areas serviced by Aqualia.

For service problems, the service responds 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In addition, it is equipped with a geographic information system (GIS) that makes it possible to locate all of the work being done on the water system on a map.
