FCC Construcción holds an 80% stake in the joint venture that will build the Icod de los Vinos hospital complex, valued at 20.3 million euros, having won the tender put out to bid by the Tenerife Inter-Island Council.

The hospital complex will be built on a parcel of land measuring 26,600 m2. It will be a three-story building with a lower-ground floor and is expected to take 27 months to complete.
