May 2004, the board of Directors of FOMENTO DE CONSTRUCCIONES Y CONTRATAS, S.A., agreed to call an Ordinary General Meeting of FOMENTO DE CONSTRUCCIONES Y CONTRATAS, S.A. shareholders to be held in Barcelona, at 1 pm. on 23rd. June 2004 at the first instance and, should there be insufficient quorum, at the same time and in the same place on 24th. June 2004, at the second instance.
