The Board of Directors of FCC has agreed to pay an interim dividend of one euro per share against FY 2006 earnings, which represents a 30.5% increase over the dividend paid last year. 
 
The interim dividend for the 2005 financial year which was paid in January 2006 was 0.766 euros/share and the complementary dividend paid in July was 0.848 euros/share, for a total of 1.614 euros. 
 
This year, the interim dividend will be paid on the eighth of January.
