The Board of Directors of Cementos Portland Valderrivas, S.A. yesterday agreed to name Esther Koplowitz, the majority shareholder of the FCC Group, as a Director and Vice President.

Other appointments to the Board included Rafael Montes, as Managing Director and CEO of Fomento de Construcciones y Construcciones y Contratas, S.A. (FCC); José Manuel Revuelta, Deputy Managing Director of Cementos Portland Valderrivas and the company Cartera Deva, S.A., represented by Jaime Llantada.

With the addition of these four new directors, the Board of Directors is composed of a total of 18 members, which is the number agreed at the last General Meeting of Shareholders held in Pamplona on 29 June of last year.

There were also changes to the Executive Committee: Fernando Ferreras and Antonio Pérez Colmenero resigned and were replaced by Rafael Montes and José Manuel Revuelta.
