FCC having received an offer on behalf of IFM Global Infrastructure investment fund (“IFM”) regarding the acquisition of minority stake of FCC Aqualia, S.A., FCC and IFM have entered into advanced and exclusive negotiations regarding the acquisition of a 49% stake in FCC Aqualia, S.A. by IFM.
