A policy of equality and diversity for all

Our policy makes equality and diversity the central themes of all of the company's activities.

We aim to proactively implement actions and programmes which promote equality, diversity and integration. All the FCC Group companies are within the scope of one of the many gender equality plans signed by the Group, and the main companies of the Group have signed an agreement with the Spanish Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality to increase the number of women in decision-making positions.

Equality awards

FCC Aqualia, a subsidiary dedicated to water management and FCC Industrial e Infraestructuras Energéticas, engaged in the industrial and electrical business, have both been awarded the Equality Mark from the Spanish Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality, as a recognition to the effort made in implementing equality policies.


Occupational placement of persons with disabilities

For years we have been working with specialized and professional organizations that help us in the management of recruitment, hiring and monitoring of persons with disabilities who join the organization, verifying the adequacy of the jobs to professional profile of workers and facilitating integration standardized within the company.

From our commitment with ONCE Foundation, and “Convenio Inserta”, FCC is committed to the incorporation of 125 people with disabilities in our company for the next years.

This real commitment of the company for integration and labor inclusion, has meant that in 2014 FCC Equal CEE (special employment organization oh workers with disabilities) has been set up, a project promoted by the Environment area.

FCC is also involved in projects such as "Aula de emprendedores", launched by Fundación Prevent, which is aimed at entrepreneurs with disabilities start up or acceleration of entrepreneurial start-ups.
