Torre Picasso

Since it was opened in 1989, Torre Picasso has become a key figure on the Madrid skyline, and its image is now a symbol, both for the 5,000 people who work in it daily and for the rest of Madrid's residents.

It stands 157 metres tall and so is one of the tallest buildings in the country, and its high-tech concept makes it one of the most comfortable, efficient, secure intelligent buildings in Europe.

The Torre Picasso building has 121,000 square metres of constructed surface area. The occupancy levels for both office and retail space were 100% throughout 2009, continuing with the trend of full occupancy that began in 1997 and has continued uninterruptedly ever since.
