The Company enters the airport handling sector with a contract for the airport in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. These services will subsequently be rendered in Barcelona, Bilbao, Brussels, Fuerteventura, Lanzarote, Málaga, Santiago de Compostela, Sevilla and Valencia.

The Company received an award from the City of Madrid for the construction of the M-40 interchange. The interchange is 7,730 meters long and all of the branches linking up to the M?40 are one-way, which made it necessary, for the first time in Spain, to distribute the traffic on four levels.
The Spanish Council of Architects chose the Santa Justa train station in Sevilla built by FCC as the best work for the 1991-1992 two-year period, a project which also received an award from the Ministry of Public Works, Transport and the Environment.
