''Stakeholder Dialogue'' platform
To ascertain stakeholders' expectations, FCC's CSR Department created the ''Stakeholder Dialogue'' platform for sharing knowledge with stakeholders.

The platform has organised a series of encounters as part of this phase; the following organisations have participated to date: Ecología y Desarrollo, the CSR Chair at Salamanca University, Actualidad Económica, El Observatorio de Responsabilidad Social Corporativa, Hermes Analistas, Karibú, Observatorio de la Responsabilidad Social de las Empresas, UGT, CCOO, Intermon Oxfam, El Club de Excelencia en Sostenibilidad, El Instituto de Empresa, Euromoney (UK), Media Responsable, Responsables.biz, Fundación Chandra, and Fundación Adecco, among others.
Each of the Group's business areas has its own stakeholders, which it manages through its own channels based on the specific characteristics of its business. The next link identifies each business area's stakeholders and the relations developed with each one.
Reporting Channel for stakeholders
As a tool to strengthen relationships with our stakeholders and to facilitate dialogue with them, FCC has opened a channel of communication, managed by the Corporate Responsibility Department, through which suggestions, comments and complaints to the company are evaluated.
