Appreciation for our commitment to talent, inclusion and diversity A common responsibility This year, the ONCE Foundation wanted to thank us for our commit- ment to talent, inclusion and diver- sity and invites us to celebrate the more than 24,000 stories of achie- vement, materialized in the hiring of professionals with disabilities in In- serta companies, of which FCC has been a part for more than 10 years. Thanks to our commitment to buil- ding a future together with diverse talent for sustainable companies, people with “disABILITY” like Ma- ría, Domingo, Nieves and Rubén have been able to write a new life Besides FCC, its different business areas, FCC Construcción, Aqualia and FCC Medio Ambiente, also joi- ned the commemoration of this day with their campaigns through social networks.
