En el marco de la celebra ción del Día Internacional de la Mu jer, FCC pre sentó durante la jornada el nue- vo portal you_diversity: un espacio glo bal en el que confluyen y son pro - tag onistas el talento, el de sarrollo, la d iversidad y la igualdad, d onde el Grupo FCC refleja su responsabilidad y compromiso ante esta cuestión, según lo establecido en su Código Ético y de Conducta, con el objetivo de inspirarse para seguir creciendo y avanzando junto a las personas que forman parte de la compañía. Diversity and equality are part of the foundations of the organisation’s stra- tegy, as well as one of its hallmarks. This is the starting point of the project, a true reflection of the motivation to move every day towards a more equal and diverse company.
