Behind them there is always a story The FCC Group has a clear com- mitment to the integration of disa- bled people into the workplace and has been collaborating with Fundación Once since 2009, when they signed the first Inserta agree- ment, co-financed by the Euro- pean Social Fund. With its recent renewal, FCC will hire 900 people with disabilities. Behind each of these figures there are people whose lives FCC has helped to change through employ- ment and their subsequent integra- tion into the labour market. They feel useful thanks to the opportu- nity the company has given them. They have also improved their fa- mily relationships since they have been working and encourage other people with disabilities to follow in their footsteps. P E O P L E P E O P L E 28
