For Carmen Rodríguez, Aqualia’s Director of People and Culture, the aim of the first con- ference was to encourage contact between the teams, to directly communicate the com- pany’s philosophy and to share experiences and good practices in the search for conti- nuous improvement. Carmen Rodríguez stressed that “The fact that we all work along the same lines, that we all have the same point of view, participative leadership, inclusive leadership, diverse lea- dership, facilitates sustainable profitability, a more sustainable world and a much better Aqualia”. Lela Kvaratskhelia, who is part of the Capi- tal Planning, Recruitment and Hiring area of GCU (Georgia) said about the meeting: “It is a great opportunity to get to know my colleagues better, share our experiences, and I believe that we will all become friends and strengthen ties with Spain and the whole Aqualia team”.
