I believe in teamwork, in the impor- tance of communicating, of knowing our common goal, and where we are going, what we expect. A leader who delegates but also follows up, shares achievements, challenges and even problems as a team. What are your main challenges in your new role? I have a great responsibility on my shoulders, to aim for the growth of Aqualia in Colombia, to find new business opportunities for the com- pany, seeking to consolidate our po- sition as the number one operator in the country, marked by the stra- tegy of triple sustainability, social, environmental and financial. All this under the coordination of our Coun- try Manager and with the support of the corporate communication and sustainability team, which helps us to promote our corporate image and our “Aqualia” brand.
