Urban Furniture Management in Boston

CEMUSA, the FCC subsidiary that specialises in urban furniture advertising, has won an international tender in Boston, the capital of the state of Massachusetts in the US, to design, maintain and operate advertising for 10 years on the city's bus stop hoardings.

The Boston advertising market, with 3.4 million inhabitants, is the fifth largest in the United States, below Washington DC and above San Francisco.

With this contract award, CEMUSA consolidates its presence in the US market, where it already manages urban furniture in Miami (Florida) and San Antonio (Texas). It recently presented a bid for New York as well.

The company will initially install 200 bus stop hoardings in the Boston metropolitan area including the Cambridge district, among others (high level area where Harvard University and others are located). The contract also calls for the installation of bus stop hoardings in the centre of Boston.

The total initial turnover is expected to be 24 million euros, although this figure will be surpassed if the forecasts for advertising demand on the east coast of the United Status prove to be true.

This FCC subsidiary operates in 120 European and American cities, where it manages more than 100,000 urban furniture elements.
