FCC has been awarded a contract to build a 108,000 m2 business park in the San Jerónimo neighbourhood in Sevilla, plus 23,000 m2 of urbanisation. The estimated cost of the park is 52.4 million euros.

The business park is composed of 5 office buildings in a pentagonal shape, each one with 11 stories (39,000 m2), a ground floor with commercial space and two underground parking levels, each one measuring 30,000 m2.
