FCC Construcción has won a tender put out by the Vitoria City Council for the design and construction of a bullring, parking lot and urbanization of the adjoining land valued at 64.8 million euros.

The bullring is conceived as a multipurpose building with an adjustable roof divided into two translucent sections with the capacity to hold 7,294 spectators.

The project includes the construction of 96 homes, a public square measuring 12,000 square metres and 20,000 square metres of office, commercial and hotel space.
