FCC has hired Raúl Vázquez to step in as General Manager of its Corporate Area and strengthen its corporate investment policy.

Raúl Vázquez is an expert and a professional of acknowledged prestige, who was a partner in Arthur Andersen for more than 10 years. In 1990 he switched to Alpha Corporate, where he was a partner, Chairman and CEO until 2005.

From 1990 to 2005 he sat on the executive committees of Arthur Andersen and Deloitte.

As Alpha Corporate's chief executive, he either supervised or participated directly in his company's operations and designed and introduced the strategy that made the company he chaired one of the lead players in the field of business transaction consultancy.

He has been a financial advisor in the following sectors: construction and related services, venture capital, foods, manufacturing, infrastructures, shipping and logistics.
