The Castilla León Parliament has chosen FCC to build a new Parliament building in Valladolid valued at 39.7 million euros. The work will be complete in 23 months.

The 28,000 m2 building includes an underground parking garage and warehouse, a ground floor and four upper stories.

The chosen solution offers better use of space, greater compartmentalization flexibility and better lighting and acoustics. The cladding incorporates alabaster panels that provide warm natural lighting.
