The FCC Group has renewed its commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace by signing the 2025-2026 Diversity Charter, an initiative promoted by the Diversity Foundation and supported by the European Commission in favor of diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

The Diversity Charter is a manifesto that promotes principles reflecting companies' commitment to equal opportunities for workers.
