The Aragón Government has awarded FCC, through its subsidiary Aqualia, a contract to design thirteen wastewater treatment plants and collectors in different locations in the province of Teruel, as well as the construction and subsequent operation of the plants for twenty years. The contract also includes technical, administrative and economic management.

This contract award is valued at 55.3 million euros.

The contract includes an investment of 19.3 million euros and will serve a population of more than 43,000 inhabitants.

The contract was awarded to a consortium led by Aqualia which also includes the companies ATECMA and Gestión y Construcción de Obras Públicas, S.A.
