The FCC Group has published its Annual Report for the 2025 financial year, a document setting out the key results and progress achieved throughout the year. The financial year was characterised by solid organic growth across all business areas, reflecting the strength of the Group’s management model.
At its meeting held this afternoon in Madrid, FCC’s General Shareholders’ Meeting approved all items on the agenda, including the distribution of a gross cash dividend of 0.50 euros per share, charged to the share premium, as well as the annual accounts and management reports for the 2025 financial year.

The second edition of Roota, the FCC Group’s intrapreneurship programme organised by the Digital Innovation Lab team, has come to a close with the Demo Day held at FCC’s Corporate Headquarters in Las Tablas (Madrid), marking the end of the programme’s third and final phase.
The exhibition marking the 125th anniversary of the FCC Group has been shortlisted as a finalist in the ninth edition of the 2026 Dircom Ramón del Corral Awards, in the internal event category.
