The Board of Directors of FCC, at its meeting held on 18 December, agreed to pay a gross dividend of 0.3680 eruos per share against FY 2003 profits.
The subsidiary CTSA, Compañía Española de Transportes, S.A. has been awarded a contract by the City of Vila-Real (Portugal), capital of the Tras-os-Montes region, to operate and maintain its urban transport network. The contractual term is ten years, renewable for another ten years.
