FCC has renewed the AENOR certification, the UNE 19602 standard, for its tax compliance model, obtained in 2023. This demonstrates the company's commitment to best practices in good corporate governance, by including in its management model the necessary policies and controls to minimise tax risk.
The General Shareholders' Meeting of FCC has approved, following a favourable report from the Appointments and Remuneration Committee, the re-election of Alicia Alcocer Koplowitz as a domanial director, for a statutory period of four years.
