FCC to distribute interim dividend of 0.715 euro per share

The Board of Directors of FCC yesterday declared an interim dividend out of 2009 income amounting to 0.715 euro per share, to be paid from 12 January next.

Since the company has 127.3 million shares, the interim dividend will amount to slightly over 91 million euro in total.
