FCC, Winner of a New Regulated Parking Service Zone in Madrid

The Madrid City Council has awarded Estacionamientos y Servicios, S.A. (EYSSA), an FCC subsidiary, management of regulated on-street parking Zone V, which holds 26,750 cars.

The award is for 11 years, extendable to 25. The overall revenues for the new award over the 25 years, at 2006 prices, comes to 341.3 million.
