Its commitment to continuous improvement has led FCC’s management to establish and implement an Energy Management, Zero Waste and Universal Accessibility System, which provides the framework for setting and reviewing energy, environmental and universal accessibility objectives and targets.
To achieve this, FCC undertakes the following commitments:

- Promote the use of renewable energy and surplus energy, whether generated in-house or by third parties.
- Improve user satisfaction with the environments in which they carry out their activities.
- Continuously improve the effectiveness of the Management System by identifying opportunities for improvement, setting objectives and implementing measures that lead the organisation towards excellence.
