FCC has signed a syndicated loan with Banco Santander, La Caixa, Caja Madrid, Banco Popular, BBVA, ICO, Banca March and Société Générale for the amount of 400 million euro, with the option of expanding to 600 million. The expansion will be underwritten by a group of savings banks coordinated by Ahorro Corporación.

The 3-year loan increases FCC's available liquidity to attend to general corporate needs.
