On Monday, 6 July, FCC will pay a supplementary dividend of 0.785 euro per share, as approved at the recent Shareholders' Meeting in Barcelona on 10 June.

An interim dividend of the same amount was paid in January.

Accordingly, the total dividend amounts to 1.57 euro, a 59% payout, in line with last year, representing a total disbursement of 200 million euro.

FCC allocated 143 million euro out of 2008 income to voluntary reserves.
