FCC has been recognised as one of the companies most highly rated by its workforce in the fifth edition of the InfoJobs Awards, whose awards ceremony took place yesterday, 15 October.
The Group achieved 22nd place among more than 120,000 companies analysed, positioning FCC among the 50 best-rated employers in Spain.
This result is based on feedback shared by people who currently work, or have previously worked, at FCC, giving this recognition particular significance as it stems directly from the experience of its teams.
The InfoJobs Awards aim to highlight and recognise companies that nurture and develop talent. To compile the ranking, InfoJobs considers both the number of reviews received by each company and the average rating awarded by current and former employees.
This fifth edition also reflects InfoJobs’ commitment to giving employees a voice and ensuring that their experience remains at the heart of how companies are recognised.
For FCC, this achievement reflects the commitment, dedication and culture that are built every day by everyone who forms part of the Group. The recognition reinforces FCC’s determination to continue fostering working environments based on listening, respect and opportunities for professional growth, where every individual can contribute their very best.
FCC and all its business areas view this recognition as an encouragement to continue moving forward and strengthening a shared business project.
